Invoix is sold as a lifetime license for a single fee—no subscriptions or renewals.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Valid only if the software has not been used to generate more than 5 invoices.
- To request, email refunds@invoix.com with your order ID.
Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via Paddle. After approval, you’ll lose access to updates and support.
